  • Joint volar subluxation
  • FDS laceration
  • Intrinsic contracture

  • Clinical diagnosis
  • Consider x-ray to rule out avulsion fracture

Management

  • Extension block splint
  • Refer to orthopedic surgery

Disposition

  • Discharge
