Clinical Features

• Dyspnea, fatigue, peripheral edema
• Warm and well-perfused extremities
• Bounding pulse with wide pulse pressure

Differential Diagnosis

• Hyperthyroidism
• Beriberi
• High-output heart failure from AV fistula
• AVM
• Paget disease
• Anemia
• Pregnancy

Disposition

• Admit
