CF = coronary flow, ION = ionotropy, SA/AV = nodes
Doses:
- Nifedipine
- 10-30mg tid (Adalat CC: 30-90mg qD)
- Diltiazem
- 60-120 TID (CD: 180-360mg qD)
- Verapamil: 80- 120mg TID
- Bepiridil: 200-400mg QD
- Amlodipine: 2.5- 20mg (10) qD
- Nicardipine
- PO: 20-40mg q8hr, or 30-60mg (extended release) q12hr
- IV: 5mg/hr by slow infusion (50ml/hr), titrate to maximum of 30mg/hr, then maintenance of 2.0 - 15.5mg/hr
- Clevidipine: 1-2 mg IV per hour
