Contraindications
- Allergy to class/drug
- MAOI use currently or in past 2 weeks
- Concomitant use of saquinavir/ritonavir
Adverse Reactions
Serious
- Prolonged QT, Torsades de pointes
- Hypotension
- Serotonin syndrome
- Suicidal thoughts/behavior
- Seizure
- Priapism
Common
- Somnolence, dizziness, confusion, insomnia, anxiety, dream disorder
- Headache, blurred vision
- Constipation, nausea/vomiting, xerostomia
- Backache
