• Unstable
  • FAST to search for free fluid (vs. DPL if unavailable)
    • Positive: Exploratory laparotomy
    • Negative: CT scan
• Stable
  • CT scan
    • Exploratory laparotomy, angiographic embolization, conservative management as indicated
