    • Venice Family Clinic (Rose Ave Location Only)

FM Clinic at Bellflower does NOT go to FM

  • Can admit to ICU
    • C-Team patients go to c-team (not FM)

  • View appointments
    • Enter MRN
      • Enter FROM date t-999
      • Enter through date t999
        • Look for clinics F1, 9W, 9U
