Headache
- 10 mg IV (slow push or in 1L IV NS)
Nausea/Vomiting
- 5-10 mg PO or IV q6-8 hours

2 yo and older, 9-14 kg
- 2.5 mg PO q12-24 h; Max 7.5 mg/day
2 yo and older, 14-18 kg
- 2.5 mg PO q8-12 h; Max 10 mg/day
2 yo and older, 18-39 kg
- 2.5 mg PO q8 hr; Max 15 mg/day
2 yo and older, >39 kg
- 5 mg PO q6-8 h, Max: 20 mg/day
Schizophrenia

- 2.5 - 5 mg PO q6-8 hr, Max 20 mg/day
6-12 yo
