Background

ABCs of Drug Rashes

  • Acute generalized exanthemous pustulosis (AGEP)
  • Bullous disease, drug enduced
  • Captopril (ACE-inhibitor) induced angioedema
  • Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) syndrome
  • SJS/TEN

Clinical Features

  • sudden, usus morbilliform, often starts on face & trunk & spreads
