1. Differentiate from Heat Cramps based on little pain, no cramping in muscle compartments

• Heat cramps
• Heat edema
• Heat exhaustion
• Heat tetany
• Heat stroke
• Heat syncope
• Miliaria
• Hyperthermia

Treatment

1. Remove from heat
2. Decrease resp rate
