Adult Dosing
- ETOH withdrawal: 15-30mg PO 3-4 times per day
- Insomnia: 15mg PO at bedtime
Pediatric Dosing
Safety/efficacy not established in children <12yo
- >12yo, ETOH withdrawal: 15-30mg PO 3-4 times per day
Special Populations
- Pregnancy Rating: C
- Lactation risk: Infant risk cannot be ruled out
- Renal dosing: no adjustment
- Hepatic dosing: clearance may be reduced in severe liver disease
