- Commercially available: Pedialyte, Rehydralyte, Infalyte
- Homemade solution:
- 1 litre water
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Can add banana or orange juice for potassium
0.5 teaspoon salt
6 teaspoons sugar
