- Serious gram-negative bacillary infections
- Ill patient with pyelonephritis
- Meningitis (due to Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter)
- Peritoneal Dialysis–Associated Peritonitis
- Bacterial endocarditis?
- Serious gram-negative bacillary infections
- Caution: Use in patients with Myasthenia Gravis, can precipitate crisis
