  • Acute vs Chronic
    • Acute: 1-12 weeks post graft
    • Chronic: >12 weeks
  • Transplanted graft with immunologically competent cells stimulated by host antigens and host is incapable of mounting an effective immunologic response
  • Occurs in leukemia/lymphoma or immunocompromised
