    • Strength (0-none; 1-trace contraction; 2-moves with out gravity; 3-moves against gravity; 4-moves against some resistance; 5-full)
    • Atrophy
    • Delts (C5), wrists (C6-8), biceps (C5-6), triceps (C6-8), iliopsoa (L1-2), quads (L3-4), hamstrings (S1), TA (L4), G/S (S1-2)
  • Sensory exam
    • Dorsal comumns (vibratory/proprio)
    • Spinothalamic (PP/LT)
    • Romberg
  • Cerebellar exam
    • Finger-to-nose (dysmetria)
    • Rapid alternating (dysdidokinesis)
    • Heel-to-shin
    • Pronator drift
  • Reflexes
  • Gait
    • Wide-based, sway
    • Heel & toe
    • Tandem
