Diagnostic criteria include:
- Right axis deviation (>110)
- QRS < 120ms
- qR in III and aVF
- rS in I and aVL

- Usually associated with disease
- Isolated LPFB associated with MI
- Exclude other causes of RAD (PE, COPD, RVH, Lateral MI)
