Intracerebral
- Hypertension
- Cerebral amyloid angiopathy (usually found in elderly, tends to be lobar in nature)^[1]
- Anticoagulation
- Vascular malformations (e.g. AVM, moyamoya
- Cocaine use
Subarachnoid hemorrhage
- Berry aneurysm rupture
- Arteriovenous malformation
