Background

Rash Red Flags[1]

  • Fever
  • Toxic appearance
  • Hypotension
  • Mucosal lesions
  • Severe pain
  • Very old or young age
  • Immunosuppressed
  • New medication

Clinical Features

  • Characterized by diffuse red skin from capillary congestion, mimicking a bad sunburn.
