First time posting to this site, apologize in advance for any faux pas.

Looking at Table 2, I am not familiar with urapidil (alpha-antagonist). Just curious if anyone out there has experience with it and how it compares to other i.v. alpha antagonists (only one that comes to mind is phentolamine). Phentolamine would not be our current first-line choice, but I am always open to the possibility that our current first-line therapies may not be first-line in a few years. Would love to hear from the group about experience with urapidil and how it compares to other meds in this setting, such as nicardipine.
