- Diazepam
- Long duration of action, max effect within 5min
- Start 10mg IV
- Redose q5min after observing effect
- Can double subsequent doses until achieve goal
- Propofol
- Consider intubation + propofol drip if benzo-nonresponsive
- Thiamine 100mg
