V1-V2 Septal Septal branch Left ventricular dysfunction:

-Decreased CO2

-CHF, LBBB, RBBB

-Left PFB

2 ̊or 3 ̊ block

V2-V4 Anterior LAD
I, aVL, V5, V6 Lateral Circumflex Left ventricular dysfunction:

-Decreased CO2

-CHF, Infranodal block (2 ̊or 3 ̊)

I, aVL, V2-6 Anterolateral LAD + circumflex = Left main or 2 critical lesions
II, III, aVF Inferior RCA

-Hypotension (NTG/morphine) 

- Second degree type 1

-A-fib/flutter

-PACs

-Papillary muscle rupture (murmur)

V1

III > II
