1. Nutritional def
2. Malabsorption
   1. Since is fat soluble
3. Cholestasis
   1. need bile salts to absorb vit k

Treatment (Deficiency)

1. FFP
2. Consider Vitamin K
   1. Takes 24hrs to affect & 2wk to wear off
