Background
- Most common STI in US.
- Associated with cervical, vulvar, penile, anal cancer, oropharyngeal cancer.
- Vaccine available for adolescents 11 and older, and immunocompromised patients
Clinical Features
- Most infections asymptomatic
- Anogenital warts (Condyloma acuminata)
- Contagious via skin contact
- Cervical cancer
