WikEM algorithm project

Background
The WikEM algorithm project is a set of algorithms and other charts that are editable using a shared [www.lucidchart.com Lucid Chart] account. This works better than trying to make the charts in mediawiki language.
How It Works
- Chart is made in Lucid Chart
- Chart is saved as jpeg
- Chart is uploaded to WikEM
- Chart is included in relevant pages
- Chart can be edited by going to Lucid Chart by other users (so they don't have to remake the whole algorithm to change it)
- Same process is used to upload new image version in original file

- Each page in this project should have a link to that specific chart
- Example: "Chart link: https://www.lucidchart.com/documents/edit/b758a2b3-7dc2-4d94-b265-86873f1b0295"
