NERF steps in Cerner of DHS without empaneled PCP:

  • Primary Care Information tab in Cerner
  • -> New Empanelment
  • -> click any applicable special populations
  • -> Harbor-UCLA MC as requesting facility
  • -> enter any additional pertinent comments (helps Patient Access Center to prioritize)
  • -> click box to get email notification once empanelment occurs
  • -> Send NERF request
