Background

  • Usually due to FOOSH
  • Posterior dislocation most common
  • Median and ulnar nerves may be injured

Diagnosis

  • Examine xray for associated fx (esp medial epicondyle and radial neck)

Treatment

  • Reduce
  • Immobilize in posterior mold

Disposition

  • Ortho f/u within 1 week
