• Accumulation of fluid around the testis
• Most common cause of painless scrotal swelling in children
• Most resorb by 18-24 months of age

DDx

• Hydrocele
• Hematocele
• Spermatocele
• Malignancy

Treatment

• None indicated

Disposition

• Referral to urologist
