Clear-liquid diet initially

High-fiber diet

   2. Unasyn
   3. Zosyn
   4. Imipenem
   5. Levaquin
   6. etc.

   1. Simple diverticulitis
   2. tol po
   3. social support
   4. able to f/u in 48-72h

   1. Comorbidities
   2. complicated disease
      1. assoc abscess
      2. bowel wall >4mm
      3. obstruction
      4. ill appearance
3. Surgery/IR
   1. Abscesses >4cm
   2. fistulas
