Do NOT perform digital exam in pts who p/w vaginal bleeding when >20wks

DDx

  1. Placental Abruption
  2. Placenta Previa
  3. Vasa Previa
  4. Uterine Rupture
  5. Premature labor
  6. Lesions/lacerations of vagina or lower genital tract
