CT if any one of the following:
- Abnormal CXR
- Distracting injury
- Tenderness of:
- Chest wall
- Sternum
- Thoracic spine
- Scapula
- Rapid deceleration mechanism
Sensitivity
- 99% for major injuries
- 95% for minor injuries
