  • Necrotizing Soft Tissue Infection (NCTI) Severe Sepsis/Septic Shock Antibiotics Subphase

    • Antibiotics (type and dose) selected on the basis of whether patient has:
      • Severe sepsis vs. septic shock
      • Nosocomial vs. community acquired NSTI
      • Acute kidney injury
      • If uncertain regarding vanco dosing, select Vancomycin Pharmacy to Dose
