Adult Dosing

Pediatric Dosing

Safety/efficacy not established in patients <12mo

  • Lead poisoning, level >45 mcg/dL: 10 mg/kg or 350 mg/m(2) q8h for 5 days, then q12 h for 14 days

Special Populations

  • Pregnancy Rating: C
  • Lactation risk: Infant risk cannot be ruled out
  • Renal dosing: administer with caution, ensure adequate hydration
  • Hepatic dosing: no adjustment, monitor LFTs closely
