Contraindications

  1. Hyperkalemia
  2. Preexisting hyperkalemia
  3. Burns >5d old
  4. Crush injury >5d old
  5. Severe infection >5d old
  6. Neuromuscular diseases, myopathies
  7. History of malignant hyperthermia

Note: in MG theoretically need increased dose
