Daniel Martin obtained EMT-Basic certification while leaving active duty military service with the United States Marine Corps in 2017. He held other allied health positions until moving to College Station, TX to begin his BS in Nutrition at Texas A&M University. He joined the Texas A&M University EMS service as a EMT basic attendant in January 2019; subsequently up-certified as a paramedic in 2021. After completing his baccalaureate studies Cum Laude in May 2021, he immediately matriculated to the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio physician assistant school. Daniel completed his Master's of Physician Assistant Studies in December 2023 and transitioned to the UT Southwestern Medical Center Emergency Medicine APP fellowship program.
