Background
- May originate in lymphatic system or any organ in the body
- Occurs in children >5yr old
- Risk factors
- Immunosuppression (HIV, Crohn, chemo recipients)
Clinical Features
- Lymphadenopathy
- Hepatosplenomegaly
- "B" symptoms
- GI
- Bleeding, intussusception, N/V
