Adult Dosing

• 50 to 200mg daily or in 2-4 divided doses

Pediatric Dosing

• <3y: 10 to 40mg/day in 1-4 divided doses
• 3-6y: 20 to 60mg/day in 1-4 divided doses
• 6-12y: 40 to 120mg/day in 1-4 divided doses
