Diagnosis

  1. cell & flare like uveitis
  2. high risk rebleeding in 5 days

Treatment

  1. tx c atropine, prednisone
  2. consider aminocaproic acid to decrease rate of fibrin degradation and prevent rebleeding
  3. elevate head of bed to prevent staining
  4. no valsalva
  5. recheck q d X 5 d, then 2 d p stopping amicar.
