Diagnosis
- cell & flare like uveitis
- high risk rebleeding in 5 days
Treatment
- tx c atropine, prednisone
- consider aminocaproic acid to decrease rate of fibrin degradation and prevent rebleeding
- elevate head of bed to prevent staining
- no valsalva
- recheck q d X 5 d, then 2 d p stopping amicar.
