Administration

Adult Dosing
- 650mg 3 times daily after meals for 20 days
- Not to exceed 1.95 g daily
Pediatric Dosing
- Children: 30-40mg/kg daily (maximum: 650mg per dose) in 3 divided doses for 20 days
- Not to exceed 1.95 g daily
Special Populations
- Limited data on use during pregnancy
