Hi, I'm an an Australian and | Hi, I'm an an Australian doctor. I've previously worked in Adelaide in South Australia and the Isle of Wight in the UK but now I'm working in the Gold Coast, Queensland. My area of expertise is palliative medicine, which I gather is different from hospice care in the U.S. In my context, palliative medicine refers to the medical care of patients who have a progressive illness that can't be cured and is likely to result in their death in the next few months or year, so I'll try an add a few topics connected to that on WikEM.
