Contraindications
- Hyperkalemia
- Preexisting hyperkalemia
- Burns >5d old
- Crush injury >5d old
- Severe infection >5d old
- Neuromuscular diseases, myopathies
- History of malignant hyperthermia
Note: in MG theoretically need increased dose
