Estimating Gestational Age by Fundal Height
- 12 weeks: pubic symphysis
- 20 weeks: umbilicus
- From 20-32 weeks: Height (cm) above symphysis = gestational age (weeks)
- 36 weeks: xiphoid process
- after 37 weeks: regression
- after delivery: umbilicus
