DDx

  1. corneal abrasion
  2. corneal infection (consider herpes/chlamydia)

Diagnosis

EXAM: Fluorescein to id abrasions and herpes keratitis

Treatment

Infxn: oral erythromycin + CTX (for N. gonorrhoea)

Conjunctivitis + Resp Sx/Abnl CXR or Otitis Media: (if younger than 3 mos) oral macrolide
