DDX
- ETOH
- Malnutrition
- Cirrhosis
- Pancreatitis
- S/P DKA
- GI loss (esp diarrhea)
- Renal wasting
- Furosemide
- Hypophosphatemia
Treatment
- Replete 2gm IV over 2hrs
- up to 8-12gm may be given on 1st day
