Clinical Features
- Cardiac
- Bradycardia
- Hypotension
- Neuro
- Lethargy (may progress to apnea)
- Miotic pupils
Treatment
- Respiratory/neuro depression
- Naloxone
- High dose may be required (up to 10mg)
- Not always effective
- Naloxone
- Bradycardia
- Atropine
- Hypotension
- IVF
