Exam

Ask: Where are we (city)(state)(country)(hospital)(floor)? One point for each correct answer 5
Name three objects.  Ask patient to immediately repeat named objects One point for each correct object repeated 3

Serial 7's-Ask patient to start at 100 and count backwards by 7

Spell WORLD backwards

One point for each correct number (93, 86, 79, 72, 65) or letter
