Symptoms

- Cough
- Hemoptysis
- Unilateral calf swelling
- Syncope
- Syncope is caused by PE <5% of the time
Signs
- Tachycardia (HR>100), Tachypnea (RR>20), Hypoxemia (SpO2<95%) are seen ~50% of the time
