He is also the founder and Ex-President of the Pakistan Society of Emergency Medicine(PSEM). He is Editor in Chief of the South Asian Journal of emergency medicine. He is in the Faculty of Emergency Medicine of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
