Diagnosis
- No atrial impulses are conducted
- P waves normal and regular P-P intervals unrelated to slower regular R-R intervals
- QRS narrow if block above bundle of His
- QRS wide if block below bundle of His
- PR variable
Management
- Pacemaker placement
