Atlantic Health (Morristown)

History

Morristown Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, is nationally known for exceptional medical education programming. A non-profit 693 licensed-bed hospital, Morristown Medical has evolved from a community hospital into a regional referral center with the largest cardiac program in the state, a busy neonatal center, a helicopter landing pad on the roof and a rapidly growing trauma program. Emergency medicine residents, fellows and medical students work with experienced health care professionals representing every major specialty and subspecialty. Atlantic Health System is an affiliate of The Mount Sinai Hospital and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
